Vivaldi’s famous Four Seasons gets the creative nod from Argentinean composer Astor Piazolla in Cuatro Estaciones Porteñas (The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires), and Tchaikovsky’s The Seasons is reinterpreted by Russian composer Mikhail Bronner in a 13-movement work that follows the months of the year.
